Post COVID-19 Procedures

The way of operating our agency, like all other businesses, has changed during the unprecedented COVID-19 situation. Now more than ever we want to continue operating responsibly and we are taking steps to protect the health of our team members and clients by reducing the need for people to come into our offices.

As usual, we are available by phone or email Monday through Friday from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm.

We are now adding Zoom meetings if our clients wish to connect virtually!

To conform with health guidelines, we will temporarily restrict walk-ins and waiting inside the office. Our company is fully equipped to service our client’s needs by phone, email, or Zoom meetings, therefore, we strongly request that you call us instead of visiting the office. Should visiting the office be a necessity, we will fit you in BY APPOINTMENT ONLY and all clients will need to follow the new protocols listed below.

  2. You will receive a confirmation email with a Zoom invite to connect with us live with your appointment date & time.
  3. When your date and time of appointment is up, click on the link you received via text or email and connect with us. 

Physical Appointment Guidelines:

We strongly request that you avoid visiting our office but should the necessity arise, please adhere to the guidelines below.

  2. Arrive on time and wait in your vehicle.
  3. Call us to advise us of your arrival. If we are with a client at the moment, we will ask you to wait in your vehicle until the client exits our office and we can properly clean the office.
  4. Once the areas that come into contact with the general public are sanitized, we will call you to come in.
  5. We will ONLY allow the person needing service to come inside our office, no friends or family will be allowed to wait in the office.
  6. The person walking in is required to wear a mask.
  7. WE WILL NO LONGER ACCEPT CASH PAYMENTS! Please make arrangements to call with a credit or debit card to make your payments or consider automatic electronic transfers directly from your account to your insurance carrier.
